Today I read the news that came out of Comic-Con that Mark Ruffalo has been cast as The Hulk in Joss Whedon's Avengers film. I kind of really love Mark Ruffalo, particularly his mumbly stoner-vibe, so this news excites me. Also interesting? Jeremy Renner will also be in the movie, playing Hawkeye. This casting makes a bit of sense, because if you're a super-Whedon nerd like me you'll remember he played a critical part in an episode of Angel that explored Angel's backstory.
This is a lot of hotness crammed into one movie. I'm just excited to see Whedon mixing it up with bona fide movie stars. Bring on the snark!
